TIC ? The Industrial Company is seeking Surveyor 1.
The successful candidate shall be proficient with all aspects of surveying. Work with other crafts at levels appropriate to training and skills as requested by project supervision.
Experience using all of the following instruments and software:
Trimble Software
Trimble GPS Units
Survey Controller
TSC3 Data Collector
Education, Experience or Formal Training:
8+ years of experience surveying.
Must have working knowledge of construction surveying equipment.
Working Environment & Physical Demands:
Ability to work in conditions common to a construction site including but not limited to rain, sleet, snow, dust, mud, heat, sun, cold, noise.
Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work up to a 12-hour shift.
Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds.
Climb and maintain balance on formwork, steel framework, stairs, ladders and scaffolds.
Move in and around confined and cluttered places, and uneven areas. Possess full range of motion and flexibility.
The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
