Lube Tech

Summary
A Lube Tech for MBI will be responsible for vehicle maintenance and light care such as oil changes, preventative maintenance and tire rotations, etc.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Change oil and filters
Inspect tires and tire changes
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance of equipment
Maintain basic tools
Troubleshoot and repair equipment
Complete daily maintenance and repair work orders correctly
Maintain a clean work area
Maintain and secure work tools and vehicles
Communicate unsafe conditions or accidents/injuries in a timely manner to supervisor
Must be able to put safety and communication as a high priority
Ability to work with others and take direction on projects assigned
Must be able to work safely, and act in a professional manner while working with others
Ability to trouble shoot problems; including air leaks, coolant leaks, etc
Must be able to drive a company vehicle to and from various locations and hold a valid driver's license.
Required Skills
Must be familiar with the mechanical and technical, using diagnostic computer software on some advanced vehicles to identify issues.
Must possess a high level of attendance and punctuality in history.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Must be able to perform the essential functions in a fast paced and high stress environment.
Must possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work with current and potential customers, both internal and external.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
